How to Eat Pizza without the Calories

Sometimes we just get too busy. Life takes its toll and when we come home from work, we really don't feel like whipping up a gourmet meal. Sometimes, eating clean can get expensive. Why is fast food so much cheaper than healthy food? I wanted to share a recipe that's easy and also a good way for you to have a clean "cheat meal".

Home made Pizza

I like to use the Mission Chia seed or Mountain Rye wraps but you can choose something similar.

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees

I switch between meat for variety. Sometimes I use chicken, lean mince or turkey mince. I then saute' the meat with coconut oil, garlic, mixed herbs and cracked pepper.

Spread a thin layer of tomato paste onto the pizza base.

Add spinach, sliced mushrooms, diced capsicum, diced tomatoes or sun dried tomatoes and feta/goats cheese. If I am feeling experimental, I will add pumpkin or any kind of vegetable your taste buds fancy.

Throw it in the oven for 10 minutes.
