I used to be one of those people that continued to fall short, mainly when it came to achieving my fitness and lifestyle goals. I would try my best, but always seemed to fail.
I didn't even realise just how much weight I had gained because I stopped counting. I stopped jumping on the scales and I ate whatever I pleased.
Who knew, the girl that always took one drink too far, the girl that always went for seconds or even thirds, the girl that was known to be the residential party girl could actually compete in a bodybuilding competition!
